Chocolate Chunk Oatmeal Cookies

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars together until creamy.

Sweet Kisses

Directions:

  1. Hand toss first three ingredients in a big bowl
  2. Beat egg whites and add to mixed ingredients
  3. Add salt and vanilla and mix well.
  4. Place a small spoonful onto non-stick baking sheet (or regular greased baking sheet)
  5. Bake @ 325 for 10 - 12 min. Keep an eye as some ovens may vary.

Sugar Cookies

Directions:

  1. In a mixer blend butter and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add eggs and beat well.
  3. Add 1 cup flour and 1 tsp. salt - blend
  4. Add 1 cup flour and 1 Tbs. lemon extract - blend
  5. Add 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup half & half - blend
  6. Add 1 cup flour, 2 tsp. baking powder & 1 tsp.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. In a large mixing bowl blend together until smooth and creamy - margarine Crisco, brown sugar, sugar, 2 eggs and vanilla.
  3. Gradually blend in flour ( 1 cup at a time) and then add salt and baking soda.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and gently blend thoroughly.
  5. Refrigerate dough for 2 or more hours.
  6. Roll dough into 2” balls and place on a cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 min only. Remove from oven and let sit on sheet for 2 more min. Then move to cooling rack or foil to continue cooling.
