Chicken Puffs by Jolie Holliday

Directions

  1. Boil chicken breast until completely cooked - shred/chop chicken
  2. Saute chopped green onions and 3 cloves of pressed garlic with 2 Tbs. butter
  3. Mix onions with softened cream cheese
  4. Add chicken to cream cheese mixture - mix thoroughly.
  5. Roll out crescent rolls. Place one large scoop of mixture at the wide part of each roll.
  6. Wrap all ends of roll to the top of the mixture.
  7. Brush a little melted butter on top of roll.
  8. Top with sesame seeds.
  9. Bake @ 350 for 20 - 30 min.

Directions

  1. Butterfly all chicken breast.
  2. Place Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small brown paper bag.
  3. Add 1 chicken breast and shake to coat well. Take the coated chicken from the bag and repeat until all chicken has been coated.
  4. Put olive oil and butter in a 10 inch non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the garlic.

Directions

  1. Lightly season all chicken breast front and back with all four seasonings.
  2. Place in a baking dish and bake @ 350 for 25 - 35 min. Cooking completely.
  3. Cook pasta as directed and drain.
  4. Mix soups, butter and milk in with noodles.

  1. Cut steak into serving size pieces (if they are large, I cut in half)
  2. Using a meat mallet, tenderize the steak to ¼ “ thick.

Chicken Enchiladas

Directions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together
  2. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Add 2 - 3 spoonfuls of mixture into center of a Flour Tortilla and place Enchilada seam down in dish
  4. Once dish is full – sprinkle shredded Cheddar Cheese on top
  5. Pour entire can of Enchilada Sauce evenly over Enchiladas
  6. Heat Enchiladas in oven @ 375 degrees for 20 min.
  • Can garnish with shredded lettuce, salsa, sour cream, sliced avocado, black olives and paprika

Chicken & Veggie Italian Noodle Delight by Brandon Rhyder

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken in dressing w/ fresh garlic overnight or at least a few hours
  2. before cooking.
  3. Bring 2 qts water with 1 tsp of sea salt to boiling – cook pasta to al dente.
  4. Drain noodles and drizzle with olive oil – let sit while preparing the rest.
  5. Wash and pat dry marinated chicken.
  6. In a dutch oven or large skillet, heat olive oil to medium high heat and sear chicken on both sides for approx. 4 – 5 min per side. 
  7. Place chicken in separate dish and bake in oven set @ 350 for 20 min.

BBQ Chicken Sandwich

Directions:

  1. Boil chicken till completely cooked
  2. Dump water and shred chicken on a cutting board
  3. Place shredded chicken back to pot and add entire jar of BBQ sauce
  4. Stir well over low heat
  5. Place chicken on warmed buns

Can add onion, cheese or even add pineapple chunks/slices
