Jalapeno Sausage Balls with Curtis Grimes’

Directions:

  1. Mix in large bowl until contents are evenly dispersed.
  2. Roll into 1" balls and place on cookie sheet.
  3. Bake on 350 for 10-12 minutes until tops are lightly browned. Remove from oven and allow 5 minutes for cool down.

Jalapeno Cheese Squares by Matt Kimbrow

Directions:

  1. Finely chop 4 jalapenos - deseed if you don’t like it HOT
  2. Whisk eggs together
  3. Combine all ingredients and stir well
  4. Spread into an 8 x 11 pan
  5. Bake in oven @ 350° for 26-30 minutes
  6. Let cool and cut into small bite-size squares.

Halloweenies with Mustard Sauce

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 F degrees
  2. On a clean, work surface, roll dough sheet onto 14x11 inch rectangle. Cut dough into 7x1/2 inch strips (making about 44 strips).
  3. Pat sausages dry with a paper towel.
  4. Wrap 1 strip of dough around each sausage to look like a mummy; press firmly at each end to secure. Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake 10-15 min. or until golden brown.

Crab Cakes by Rob Baird

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except for crab meat. Mix thoroughly and then add crab meat…toss lightly.
  2. Make crab mixture into cakes.
  3. Coat both sides with Panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat olive oil and butter over med-high heat.
  5. Cook crab cakes on both sides for 5 mins until golden brown.
  6. Finish in a preheated oven @ 375 degrees for about 15 min.

Cherry Almond Pork

Directions

  1. Dust some Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder evenly over the top and bottom of pork roast. 
  2. Cook in a large baking dish for 2 hrs. @ 325 degrees
  3. In a sauce pan heat the remaining ingredients and stir together
  4. Pour sauce over the roast after baking 2 hrs. and bake for 30 more min.
  5. *For the holidays – add ½ tsp. each of cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and cloves to the sauce

Baked Potato Dip by Bo Phillips

Directions:

  1. Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, bacon bits, and half the cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl. 
  2. Spoon contents into a baking pan. 
  3. Spread remainder of cheddar cheese on top of mixture. 
  4. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted thoroughly (about 20 minutes)

For a lighter version, use 1/3 less fat cream cheese, fat free sour cream, and 1/3 less fat cheddar cheese.

Do NOT use fat free cream cheese!
