Bacon and Water Chestnuts

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cook bacon until almost crisp.

Directions:

  1. Wash and gently dry mushrooms (or cleaned off with a damp cloth), removed stems and hallow out mushroom caps.

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and garlic with 2 Tbs.

​Directions:

  1. Fill large pot with water completely covering the eggs. Bring to a rolling boil then turn heat off. Let eggs continue to cook for 20 - 25 min. Carefully drain water and refill pot with cold water.

Chicken Wing Dip

Directions:

  1. Spread cream cheese on bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish
  2. Mix shredded chicken and wing sauce together and layer on top of cream cheese
  3. Pour dressing over chicken and spread evenly
  4. Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for about 30 min.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips

  1. Melt butter and cheese together in sauce pan and pour into bowl.

Directions:

  1. Microwave chocolate chips for 1 minute.
  2. Stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
  3. Stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Meanwhile, pour the Rice and Corn Chex cereal into a large bowl. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and stir gently until coated with the chocolate mixture.
  5. Place 1 cup powdered sugar into a 2 gallon Ziploc bag then add in Chex and chocolate mixture.
