.:Crabby Patties Ingredients:.
1 jar Kraft Old English Cheese
1 stick butter
1 can White Lump Crab Meat
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 fresh Jalapenos
English Muffins
.:Texas Smokies Ingredients:.
1 package Lil Smokey Beef Sausages
2 containers Pillsbury Original Crescent Rolls
1 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
splash Whiskey - Jack Daniels or whatever you have handy

Tailgate Crabby Patties Directions:

  1. Melt butter and cheese together in sauce pan and pour into bowl.
  2. Add crab meat and garlic powder. Mix together well.
  3. Spread onto English Muffin halves and add sliced jalapenos.
  4. Bake @350 till bubbly on top and brown on edges.
  5. Cut into 4s and serve while hot.

Texas Smokies Directions:

  1. In a sauce pan, melt butter. Then add brown sugar, pecans and whiskey.
  2. Once all melted and blended, pour into a 9 x 12 baking dish.
  3. Roll out each crescent roll and cut in half.
  4. Roll each sausage into crescent roll starting at the wide end of the roll.
  5. Place all rolled sausages neatly into 9 x 12 baking dish.
  6. Bake @ 350 for 20-25 min until golden brown.

*Serve immediately!
