Strawberry Cake

1 box yellow cake mix, (I prefer Pillsbury)
1 3 oz. box Raspberry Jell-O
1/2 cup strawberries, finely chopped
1/2 cup water
4 eggs, whisked
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 Tbs. flour
For Icing:
1/2 stick butter, softened
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 & 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup strawberries, finely chopped
1 Tbs. milk


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixer, mix all ingredients together on med-high speed until well blended. 
  3. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  4. Once done, set on a cake on a cooling rack and completely cool. (about an hour)
  5. Flip cake over to a serving plate and carefully lift bundt pan off.
  6. Evenly distribute icing all over and serve.

For Icing: Mix all ingredients together in a mixer on med-high speed untill well blended.

*add more milk to thin

*refrigerate any leftovers
