Pan Seared Brussels Sprouts

bunch of Brussels Sprouts (12 - 15)
Olive Oil
Garlic Salt


  1. Cut sprouts into halves or quarters if they are larger
  2. Pour 2 Tbs. Olive Oil into skillet and warm on low heat
  3. Add cut sprouts and turn each flat side down
  4. Sprinkle Garlic Salt and Pepper
  5. Turn heat up to med/high and let sprouts begin to brown (about 5 - 6 min.)
  6. Turn each sprout over to rounded side and let brown again (another 5 - 6 min.)
  7. Can sprinkle more Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste
