Mexican Chicken

Ingredients: 
4 large boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 8 oz. cans Rotel Sauce (not original)
1 4 oz. can Hatch Green Chiles - chopped
1 14.5 oz. can Hunt’s Fire Roasted Garlic Tomatos
1 - 2 Tbs. Taco Seasoning (any brand)
1 lime - juice squeezed
1/2 cup chopped onion

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Layer chicken first then all remaining ingredients into a deep baking dish w/ lid
  3. Cover and bake for 2 hours

Serve with soft tortillas or crunchy taco shells
