Kay's Walnut Salad

- In a small skillet, saute noodles and walnuts in butter. Drain on a paper towel.
- Wash and cut all veggies and lettuce.
- Place all veggies and lettuce in a large salad bowl.
- Top with sauteed noodles and walnuts.
For Dressing: (to taste)
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1½ - 2 cups Red Wine Vinegar
Several dashes Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
*Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
*double for a large crowd
