Hot Onion Souffle

Ingredients:
1 cup finely chopped onion (or 12 - 16 ou. bag frozen, chopped onions - thawed, moister removed and pat dry)
24 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayo
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Stir all ingredients together and transfer to shallow baking dish.
- Bake for 20 min. or until golden brown on top.
- Serve warm with crackers or Pita chips.
