Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients: 
1 14 oz. can Artichoke Hearts, drained and quartered
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
½ cup real mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 green onions, whites and some of the green thinly sliced (reserve greener ends for garnish)
few dashes black pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a baking dish.
  2. Top with the chopped darker green onions for garnish.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with chips or crackers.

Serves 4 - 6

Double recipe for larger crowd.
