Honey Chicken Salad

3 - 4 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 cup mayo (can use less if desired)
6 Tbs. honey
6 Tbs. lemon juice
4 green onions - finely chopped
1/2 cup pecans - finely chopped
few dashes poppy seeds
salt/pepper to taste
- Cook and shred chicken and place in a medium mixing bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, mix mayo, honey and lemon juice together.
- Pour over chicken.
- Add green onions, pecans, poppy seeds and salt/pepper.
