Frito Salad

1 head of green leaf lettuce
1 bunch green onions
3-4 Roma tomatoes
1 can Ranch Style Beans
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Bag of Fritos corn chips
Catalina Salad Dressing


  1. Wash and chopped all veggies
  2. Drain beans
  3. Layer each ingredient on top of lettuce – no specific order
  4. Pour desired amount of dressing on top
  5. Toss and let sit for about 30 min.
  6. Serve immediately

Frito salad is a wonderful compliment to any cookout or BBQ. The combination of the cheese, Fritos and Catalina dressing with the veggies is great.
