Cuatro Leches Cake

1 White or Coconut Cake Mix baked
1 cup Whipping Cream
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 - 3 cups sliced Strawberries
2 Tbs. Butter
2 - 3 Tbs. Powdered Sugar
Splash Grand Marnier


  1. Bake cake as directed on box - let cool completely
  2. Mix cream, milks and vanilla together
  3. Poke holes all over cake with a fork
  4. Pour liquid ingredients over the top of the cake
  5. Cover and let sit in the fridge for two hours or overnight is better
  6. When ready to serve, saute strawberries with butter, sugar and Grand Marnier over low heat in a saucepan.
  7. Cut cake into squares and add berry mixture on top.
