Crock Pot - Pot Roast

Ingredients: 
5 - 6 lb. Top Round Roast (as lean as possible)
1 can Beef Consume
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 cup Red Wine
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 pkg. fresh sliced Mushrooms
1 24 oz. bag bite-sized, baby Red Potatoes - cut regular ones up if you can’t find baby
1 pkg. shredded or baby Carrots

Directions:

  1. Place beef in crock pot
  2. Add all liquids and soups
  3. Add all vegetables
  4. Cover and cook on low for 9 hours

 

*tip - the leaner the beef, the slower and longer it should cook to become tender
