Creamy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients: 
2 cups Penne Pasta – cooked
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast – cubed
1 10 ¾ oz. can Chicken Broth
1 9 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
1 pkg. frozen Spinach - thawed and drained
4 -5 cloves fresh garlic - pressed
15 Cherry Tomatoes – quartered
½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta as directed.
  2. Heat ½ can of broth in large skillet and cook cubed chicken 5-7 min.
  3. Add softened cream cheese, spinach, remaining broth, garlic and salt/pepper – cook 3 – 5 min. – stirring continuously.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook another 3 – 5 min.
  5. Toss in cooked pasta
  6. Pour mixture in to 9 x 13 baking dish and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.

Serve immediately!
