Fresh Green Beans - washed, trimmed and cut
White Truffle Oil
Shaved Parmesan Cheese
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for a few minutes.
- Immediately drain and pour into a bowl of cold water for a few more minutes.
- Drain again and place into a serving bowl.
- Drizzle a SMALL amount of truffle oil onto beans.
- Sprinkle sea salt. Toss well.
- Lastly, top with parmesan cheese and almonds to taste.
