Fresh Green Beans - washed, trimmed and cut
White Truffle Oil
Sea Salt
Shaved Parmesan Cheese
Sliced Almonds



  1. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for a few minutes.
  2. Immediately drain and pour into a bowl of cold water for a few more minutes.
  3. Drain again and place into a serving bowl.
  4. Drizzle a SMALL amount of truffle oil onto beans.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt. Toss well.
  6. Lastly, top with parmesan cheese and almonds to taste.
