1 lb. ground turkey
1 small jar sun-dried tomatoes, in oil
3 green onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
salt/pepper to taste


  1. Drain and finely chop 3 Tbs. sun-dried tomatoes
  2. In a large mixing bowl, place turkey, sundried tomatoes, green onions, garlic and salt/pepper. Mix together well with your hands.
  3. Form turkey mixture into 4 - 6 patties.
  4. Cook them on medium heat in a large skillet until thoroughly done.
  5. Serve with whatever you fancy. {salad, buns}

*garnish with sliced avocado topped with a pinch of sea salt
