“Uglies” by Kimberly Kelly

1 cup of flour
1/2 cup chopped onion (I don't really like onion so I leave it out)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (I leave that out too)
1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cups your favorite BBQ sauce
1 (10 ounce) package of biscuit dough
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


  1. preheat oven 400 degrees
  2. lightly grease muffin pan
  3. cook ground beef and drain (this is where onion and garlic go if you wanted)
  4. stir in BBQ sauce and let simmer for 3 minutes
  5. roll out each biscuit on a floured surface large enough so it could spread into muffin hole (in a cup shape)
  6. fill each biscuit with meat mixture and top with cheese
  7. bake until biscuits are brown, about 15 minutes
