Directions:

  1. Cook hash browns in a large skillet as directed.

  1. Seperate sections of grapefruit with a knife then scoop out with a spoon.
  2. Place grapefruit chunks in a bowl.

Directions:

  1. Spread hash browns into bottom of 9X13 dish.

Kathy’s Sausage Biscuits

Directions:

  1. Brown sausage and drain.
  2. Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add sausage and mix well.
  4. Spoon small scoops onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 -14 min.

Makes 2 doz.

Guac Star Burritos by Austin Allsup

Directions:

  1. Make guacamole with above ingredients.
  2. Fry potatoes in frying pan with a little vegetable oil.
  3. Cook bacon either in skillet or microwave.
  4. Scramble eggs.
  5. Layer potatoes, egg, guacamole and bacon inside a tortilla and roll together.

French Toast with Nuts & Bacon

Directions:

  1. Whisk as many eggs as you are making toast. (One egg per piece of toast)
  2. Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup milk,vanilla and cinnamon - mixing all together
  3. Drudge each piece of toast through egg mixture.
  4. Place directly in a large skillet over med heat. Add 1 Tbs. butter under each piece of toast and 1 Tbs. on top of each piece of toast while it cooks.
  5. Flip toast as soon as it starts to brown - cooking both sides

For Bacon/Nut Topping:

  1. In a sauce pan - melt 2 Tbs.
