Directions:

  1. Saute the crushed Ginger Snaps in 4 Tbs.

Pumpkin Dip

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and chill for an hour
  2. Serve with Ginger Snaps or Graham Cracker Sticks

Pumpkin Cake & Cupcakes

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. For batter, combine first 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend on low speed for 30 sec., then mix on high for 2 minutes.
  3. For Cupcakes: Using 1/2 batter - Place liners in a 12 muffin tin and fill each cup 3/4 full.
  4. Bake for 20 -25 min and let cool for 30 min.

Pecan Pumpkin Butter Dip

Directions:

  1. Gently spread cream cheese on bottom of serving dish (I use small, shallow dish)
